Below are your Staff Phone Link Settings.
You have two options to choose from when making calls from the Staff & Maintenance Portal.
- Click Settings from your Homhero sidebar
- Select General Settings > Staff tab
If you are logged into the Staff & Maintenance Portal and you select a guest to call, it will use your mobile's phone dialler to make the call. This means your personal mobile number will be used.
If you download VOIP to your desktop or mobile, then this will allow you to make a call from your VOIP number rather than your phone number when using the Staff and Maintenance Portal.
