Owners

The Owners tab within Homhero's Unified Inbox is a dedicated space that centralizes all property owner related information and communication in one convenient location. It provides a clear and organized view for managing properties on behalf of individual or multiple owners.

This section simplifies the overall timeline between a property manager and owners, streamlining communication, and providing an easy location to access and edit contact information.  

Below, you will find a step by step guide on the Owners tab and how to use it:

1. Click Unified Inbox from the Homhero side menu.
2. Click Owners.
3. If your message is not showing in the list, click the Refresh Icon above the left panel.
4. You can Search for a specific owner here to filter through your messages.
5. You can select the Type of messaging to filter.
6. You can filter by a specific Owner through the drop down box. 
7. You can also filter by Areas and the messaging that relates to them. 
8. Select the Message you wish to read from the left hand side.  
9. You can see an Overview of the Owners name and Owner ID.
10. If the message was accidentally opened, you can mark the message as Unread.
11. Click the Refresh Icon to refresh the message.
12. Click the X Icon to close the message.
13. Click the Arrow icon to expand the message dialog.
14. If you click on a Message, you will see an Events breakdown, which will show you any tracking of that particular message. Otherwise, you will see an Overview of the owners contact details, their Properties, and any property notes. 
    
    
    
    
15. You can Assign the Message to a specific staff member. 
16. Click the View More button to expand the message.
17. Send Via - Click this to change between Email or SMS. 
18. You can also send a Quick Reply on the same view.
19. The More Options button will provide more sending options, such as specific templates, schedules, including CC's, subjects and more text editing options.
