The System tab within Homhero's Unified Inbox provides a centralised space for viewing automated notifications and alerts generated by the system. These messages are typically related to Booking Activity, Guest Communications, Daily Reports, or System Notifications that require action.
This area is designed to keep you informed of important background processes all from a single, easy-to-navigate location.
Below, you will find a step by step guide on the System tab and how to use it:
- Click Unified Inbox from the Homhero side menu.
- Click System.
- If your message is not showing in the list, click the Refresh Icon above the left panel.
- You can Search for a specific cleaner here to filter through your messages.
- You can select the Type of messaging to filter.
- Select the Message you wish to read from the left hand side.
- You can see an Overview of the name of the sender, for this file, all messages will read as System.
- If the message was accidentally opened, you can mark the message as Unread.
- Click the Refresh Icon to refresh the message.
- Click the X Icon to close the message.
- Click the Arrow icon to expand the message dialog.
- If you click on a message, the right hand side panel will open. This will contain Events information from the message. Which typically displays email tracking information.
- You can Assign a Message to a specific staff member.
- Click the View More button to expand the message.
- Send Via - Click this to change between Email or SMS.
- Reply Box - You can type and send a quick reply from the same screen.
- The More Options button will provide more sending options, such as specific templates, schedules, including CC's, subjects and more text editing options.
