The Sent tab within Homhero’s Unified Inbox allows you to view all outbound correspondence that has been sent from your team to recipients, including messages sent via Email, SMS, Push Notifications, or OTA platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.
Whether you're tracking guest communications or reviewing internal notifications, the Sent tab offers a clear, organised view of your outbound messaging history.
Below, you will find a step by step guide on the Sent tab and how to use it:
- Click Unified Inbox from the Homhero side menu.
- Click Sent.
- If your message is not showing in the list, click the Refresh Icon above the left panel.
- You can Search for a specific message here, presenting any that match the keywords you enter.
- You can select the Type of messaging to filter.
- Select the Message you wish to read from the left hand side.
- Depending on the type of message, you will see an Overview of the reservation, cleaner, owner, or staff ID/ Name.
- If the message was accidentally opened, you can mark the message as Unread.
- Click the Refresh Icon to refresh the message.
- Click the X Icon to close the message.
- Click the Arrow icon to expand the message dialog.
- You can Edit any of the reservation, cleaner, owner or staff details by clicking on the Edit pencil icon. The right hand side panel also provides a breakdown of the applicable details, depending on the type of message you're viewing.
- You can Assign a Message to a specific staff member.
- Click the View More button to expand the message.
- Send Via - Click this to change between Email or SMS.
- Reply Box - You can type and send a quick reply from the same screen.
- The More Options button will provide more sending options, such as specific templates, schedules, including CC's, subjects and more text editing options.
