GST Setting in Owner Accounting Options

  1. In Menu Search type Owner Accounting and select Owner Accounting Options
  2. Owner Accounting
  3. In the EOM section tick Create Owner Income Net of GST

Statement Setting

  1. In Menu Search type Owner Accounting and select Owner Accounting Options
  2. Select Owner Statement
  3. Select GST in the first two columns

GST Setting in Accounting Options

  1. In Menu Search type Owner Accounting and select Owner Accounting Options
  2. Select GST
  3. In Tax Option Select Tax Inclusive GST VAT
  4. In GST Calculation select Full GST from date of Arrival

EOM Expenses

  1. In Menu Search type EOM and select EOM Expenses
  2. These are the sundries that need to be set up for owners not registered for GST

  1. In Menu Search type Owner Statement and select Owner Statement
  2. Select More Options
  3. Select Show Income GST Summary

Trust Expense Report

  1. In Menu Search type Trust Expense and select Trust Expense
  2. Under Group By select Area
  3. Select Build
