Long Term Reservation Management Fee Reporting

In order to generate a report for management fees earned on long-term reservations - please follow the following procedure:

Total Long Term Tariff

1. In all long term reservations in RMS - enter the Total Long Term Reservation Tariff as indicated below

Management Fee Percentage in Homhero

1. In Homhero under Property Management select and open the property
2. Enter the Long Term Commission Percentage
3. Save

Filter for Long Term Reservations in Homhero

1. In Homhero select Reservations + List
2. Select Departure
3. Select From Date
4. Select To Date
5. Select Long Term

Expose the Management Fee Column in Homhero

1. In Homhero select Reservations + List
2. Select Change Columns Position
   
   
   
   
3. From the resulting list - select Management Fees
   
   
   

View result and Export to .csv

1. Select Advanced Search
2. See Management Fee column exposed
3. Export to .csv
