We’ve introduced validation rules to ensure that both security deposit payments and pre-authorisation payments can only be processed once the booking balance has been paid, and in line with the security deposit settings applied at the time of booking or when the final balance becomes due. This article will guide you through the different scenarios available, depending on how your security deposits and pre-authorisations are configured.
