Hompay Reports

A great benefit of using the Hompay integration is the ability to view all reporting for your transactions, disbursements and chargebacks directly via Homhero. This article explains the available reports and what information you can access. 

Transactions Report

  1. Click Reports > Hompay from the Homhero side menu.
  2. Click Transactions.
  3. Merchant: This will default to your current Merchant e.g. Kovena (Hompay)
  4. Text Search: Search for specific fields, such as Name, Ref/Booking No, Transaction or Charge ID.
  5. Channel: Choose one or multiple channels to include in the report:
    - Direct
    - Sync
    - Terminal
    - Virtual Terminal
    - Hosted Payment
  6. Transaction Type: Choose one or multiple transaction types to include in the report:
    - 3DS
    - Cancel
    - Capture
    - Refund
    - Sale
    - Wallet
    - Authorization
    - Monthly Fee
  7. Transacstion Status: Choose one or multiple transaction statuses to include in the report:
    - Cancelled
    - Completed
    - Declined
    - Failed
    - Pending
    - Refunded
  8. Date Type: Select which date type to filter by (defaults to all):
    - Check-in Date
    - Check-out Date
    - Payment Date
  9. From Date - To Date: Choose the date range for the report (defaults from the last business day to today).
  10. Search: Click to generate the Transactions Report.
  11. Download: Click to export the report to Excel.

Disbursements Report

  1. Click Reports > Hompay from the Homhero side menu.
  2. Click Disbursements.
  3. Merchant: This will default to your current Merchant e.g. Kovena (Hompay)
  4. From Date - To Date: Choose the date range for the report (defaults from the last business day to today).
  5. Payout ID: Search by specific Payout ID.
  6. Transaction ID: Search by specific Transaction ID.
  7. Status: Choose one or multiple statuses to include in the report:
    - Completed
    - Not Paid Out
    - Failed
    - Request Sent
    - Processing
    - Returned
    - Pending
    - Not Enough Balance
    - Transfer Failed
  8. Search: Click to generate the Disbursements report.
  9. Download: Click to export the report to Excel.

Chargeback Report

  1. Click Reports > Hompay from the Homhero side menu.
  2. Click Chargebacks.
  3. Merchant: This will default to your current Merchant e.g. Kovena (Hompay)
  4. Status: Choose one or multiple statuses to include in the report:
    - Arbitration
    - Cancelled by Admin
    - Cancelled by Cardholder
    - Evidence Submitted
    - Lost by Merchant
    - Merchant Notified
    - New
    - Won by Merchant
  5. Text Search: Search for specific fields, such as Chargeback or Transaction ID.
  6. Date Type: Select which date type to filter by (defaults to all):
    - Action Due Date
    - Creation Date
    - Notification Date
  7. From Date - To Date: Choose the date range for the report (defaults from the last business day to today).
  8. Search: Click to generate the Chargeback Report.
  9. Download: Click to export the report to Excel.
