The HOMHERO plugin for your website controls the widgets that display Availability, Pricing, Listings, Listing Content, Map, Reviews and the booking page on the website.
Your HOMHERO plugin is integrated into your site by the HOMHERO Team.
- Note: Reviews can also be auto-approved. Please reach out to HOMHERO support if you would like reviews to automatically published.
How to approve / reject reviews.
Step 1. Log into the website with your login details provided. The URL for the login will be
[Your Website URL].com.au/wp-admin
This will take you to the login page.
Step 2. In the website menu on the left hand side, select "Comments".
Step 3. From here you are able to hover your mouse over the review and it will give you option to approve it. You can also then mark the review as "Approved" or as "Rejected", you have also the ability to reply back to the guest.
Note: We do advise strongly against the Rejected option due the potential breach of the fair trading act.
Once approved, the listing will be published on the website for the corresponding property.
Reviews can also be deleted completely by selecting the Trash button. Again however, we do advise strongly against this option.
