General Settings - Payment Types

If you need to add new Payment Types, they must be setup in RMS first then synced to Homhero.

To do this login to RMS and follow the below steps:

RMS - Credit Cards

1. Select Setup > Accounting > Credit Cards from the side menu.
2. Click the Add (+) button in the top right hand corner.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the 'Payment Type' in the Card Description section.
4. Click Save/Exit.
   
   

To finish the setup, login to Homhero and complete the following:

Homhero - Payment Types

1. Click Settings from your Homhero side menu.
2. Select General Settings > Payment Types tab.
3. Click Sync From RMS.
4. Once a success message is received, click the Refresh Icon to view the imported Payment Type. 
   
   
   
   
5. Select the Default Method for the correspondence Payment Type, so Homhero knows how to deliver the Payment on the booking to RMS.
6. Select the RMS Receipt Type to match how the Payment should be showing in the trust account for reconciliation.
7. Click Save.
