This article will show you how to update the online guest registration status manually for a reservation, without going through the standard Homhero online guest registration process.
Sometimes a guest may not be able to submit or complete their online guest registration. You may have cases where you complete the online registration outside of Homhero. For these cases, you can bypass the online guest registration process using our Create check-in feature. Please be mindful that you may also have schedules being sent automatically to only those who have submitted an online guest registration.
Please follow the below steps:
- Click Reservations > List from the Homhero side menu
- Find the reservation and Tick the box on the left
- Click the Tools box at the top right of the reservations page
- Select Create Check in
- Click YES to confirm
