Notifying an Owner about a Maintenance Job

At any time throughout the completion of the maintenance job, you can send a notification to the owner of the property the job is assigned to.

  1. Select Maintenance from your Homhero side menu. 
  2. Find the maintenance task and click on the envelope to the right of the maintenance job. This will send the owner a text message with a link to the job in their owners portal, and an email with notes, details and a link.
