This article will give you a general overview of the maintenance online portal menu options.
- In House Guests: This section will list all of the properties that are assigned to this handyman / staff member. The list will show the guest first and last name and a contact phone number. It will also show the departure date of the guest.
- Vacant Properties: This section lists all of the properties that are assigned to this handyman / staff member that are vacant. It will also show when the next arrival date is.
- Maintenance Jobs: This menu item is where handyman / staff can view and action the maintenance jobs that are assigned to them
- Send Message: This option allows the handyman / staff to send a message to the property manager from the app
- Report Maintenance: This option allows the handyman / staff to create a new maintenance task for the property they have open.
- Invoices: This option is visible if chosen by the business admin. Some handyman / staff / contractors can be set up to create an invoice with line items from the app. The invoice copy will be sent to you and will also appear in the "Invoices" tab in maintenance admin for approval.
