This article will detail how to sync your listings in HomHero with your website using the HomHero Wordpress Plugin. You only need to proceed with this if your listings are not updating automatically.
Firstly - Login to the back end of your website using the login details provided.
In most cases the login URL will be https://example.com/wp-admin - if you have lost your password, this can be reset using the Forgot your password? link
Step 1. When logged in and viewing the dashboard, select HomHero option in the Left side Menu
Step 2. Select the Import Data sub-item
Step 3. You can use the three Green buttons on this page to sync listings, prices and/or reviews.
You can use the drop-down field below the buttons to select specific listings to sync - if you don't use this then ALL listings will be synced.
A progress bar will appear to notify you of the syncing progress. It will also generate links so that you can check the imported listings. You can click Cancel Sync to stop the syncing process - it will finish importing the current listing before aborting.
Unpublishing a Listing
Please note, the above process will NOT disable any listings that have been deactivated in Homhero. Deactived listings should be unpublished automatically, but if you need to do this manually, the process is as follows:
Step 1. Select Listings from the left hand sidebar menu
Find the listing to be unpublished either by scrolling, or using the search bar in the top right.
Step 2. Click Edit on the listing that needs to be unpublished
Step 3. Change the status from Published to Draft, then click Update
