Payment Express Reports

Print a Settlement Report

1. Log into Payment Express Online and select Reports
2. Select Standard (Settlement Date)

1. Name the Report
2. Select the Date Range
3. Select ADD

1. The Report is now Pending at the bottom of the screen
2. Select Refresh

1. The report moves to the Ready Section

Select Download

• The Report is split into settlement amounts by credit card type

1. Visa Card Payments totalling $801.28
2. Mastercard Payments totalling $1390.55
3. Total settlement on the bank statement $2191.83

Transaction Report

1. Log into Payment Express and select Transaction Search + Date Range
2. Select Search
