Receive Funds from a Guest for Damage to a Property

1. Open the Reservation and Select Payment Options > Add Payment

2. Select Payment Method > Direct Debit or Credit card (Mastercard etc)

3. Type in the amount to be paid

4. Add in the notes

5.  Submit

These funds will be appear on the Owner ledger as a receipt.  If you use a credit card the credit card fee will be transacted in the reservation on the Extras tab.
