STEP 3. Enter Bond and Check-in Notes

Enter Bond

1. Click Property Management from the HOMhero sidebar
2. Ensure you are on the Area (Rooms/Houses) tab
3. Double click on the name of the property you are wanting, and a pop-up box will appear
4. Use the drop-down arrow to select the Bond amount for the property
5. Save

Enter Check-in Notes

1. Click Property Management from the HOMhero sidebar
2. Ensure you are on the Area (Rooms/Houses) tab
3. Double click on the name of the property you are wanting, and a pop-up box will appear
4. Click the Check in Notes tab, third tab at the top of the pop-up box
5. Enter any check in notes for the property i.e. where to find the keys, WiFi details, parking instructions
6. Click Save
