STEP 4. Enter Cleaning Checklists Specific to a Property

This article explains how to add property-specific cleaning tasks in addition to your default cleaning checklist, allowing you to accommodate the unique requirements of individual properties. To do this:

  1.  Click Property Management from the left hand side menu.

  2.  Ensure you are on the Area (Rooms/Houses) tab. 

  3. Double click on the name of the property you are wanting to access, or click the green pencil on the right hand side. This will open a pop up panel for this area. 



  4. Click the Checklist tab on the right hand side. 

  5. Click Add, and a blank line item will appear.

  6. Click in the blank space under Name and enter the Name of the checklist item e.g - Turn on Pool Pump

  7. Click in the space called Departure, a drop-down arrow will appear, click this and select whether the checklist item is to be completed on Arrival, Departure or both.

  8. If the checklist item is required and the cleaners must do this, check the Required tick box.

  9. By clicking on the chain icon, you can insert a link which will be tied to the checklist item. This could be a link to an online document, photo gallery or something else with specific instructions on the task. This link can be accessed by your cleaners from within their portal.

  10. Click Save on the bottom right.
