Editing Staff/Maintenance Staff Members

This article will explain how to edit a Staff Member's access in Homhero. 
This can only be completed by Homhero users with a Super Admin user profile as per below:

  1. Click Staff Access from your Homhero side menu.
  2. Click the Staff or Maintenance tab.
  3. Click the Edit Pencil icon or double click on the user you would like to edit.
  4. On the 'Staff Edit' page change the user details as required.
    Note: To deactivate Homhero users, please turn the Active toggle off before clicking Save.
  5. Click Save.

Editing Staff in Shared Homhero Databases

If you attempt to edit a staff user profile and you receive the below Warning message, this means this staff member is setup in multiple Homhero databases. In this case, you will need to contact support@homhero.com.au to request any changes to be made.
