Deactivate an Active Scheduled Correspondence

This article will cover how to deactivate a scheduled correspondence which is currently turned on.

1. Click Correspondence > Schedules from the Homhero side menu.
2. Tick the check box of the active schedule you want to deactivate.
3. Click De-Activate.
