This article will explain in a few steps how to setup a new staff member's access in Homhero.
This can only be completed by Homhero users with a Super Admin user profile as per below:

Step 1 - Adding a new staff member 

  1. Click Staff Access from your Homhero side menu.
  2. Click the Staff tab.
  3. Click the Add button.


     
  4. Type - Select from one of the following Staff Access Types:

    Super Admin - Provides the user with all access to Homhero including the ability to add new users.
    Admin - Provides the user with all access to Homhero excluding the ability to add new users.
    User - Provides the user with limited access to Homhero with only the ability to manage bookings, check ins and cleaning.
    Handy Man/Contractor Login - Provides the user with access to the Staff/Maintenance Portal. If this user type is selected, it will appear in the list under the Maintenance tab.
     
  5. Name - Enter the Staff Members Name.
  6. Mobile - Enter the Staff Members Mobile number.
  7. ABN - Enter an ABN if applicable.
  8. Company Name - Enter the Company Name if applicable.
  9. GST - Turn the GST toggle on if applicable.
  10. Receive VOIP - Please contact Homhero if you are interested in enabling our new Aircall VOIP feature.
  11. Email - Enter the Staff Members Email.
  12. Password - Enter a Password.
  13. Third Party Contact - Ignore the Third Party Contact field.
  14. Maintenance Sundry - Ignore the Maintenance Sundry field.
  15. Default Portfolio - Select the Default Portfolio if applicable.

Step 2 - Setting Staff/Maintenance Portal Permissions

  1. Enable the View In House toggle to allow access to view properties with in house guests.
  2. Enable the New Maintenance toggle to allow access to create new maintenance jobs directly from the portal.
  3. Enable the Maintenance Jobs toggle to allow access to view all maintenance jobs assigned to this staff member.
  4. Enable the View Vacant toggle to allow access to view properties that are currently vacant.
  5. Enable the Send Message toggle to allow access to send messages to the property manager directly from the portal.
  6. Click Set next to Area Access to select specific listings that the staff member can view.
    Note: All Areas will apply as the default.
  7. Enable the Invoice toggle to allow access to generate Maintenance Invoices directly from the portal.
  8. Enable the View Availability toggle to allow access to view live availability and forward bookings.
  9. Enable the View Contacts toggle to allow access to view clients, cleaners, owners and third party contact's information directly from the portal.
  10. Enable the Send Quotes/Add Bookings toggle to allow access to send quotes and add bookings.
  11. Enable the View Booking Details toggle to allow contractors and maintenance staff to review booking information and send messages to guests through the Staff & Maintenance App.
  12. Click Save.
