This article will cover what the guest sees when they login to complete the Online Registration and how to fill out the form.

Booking Information:

1. Booking ID number.
2. Property the guest has booked.
3. Arrival Date and Time.
4. Departure Date and Time.
5. Number of Nights booked.
6. Number of Adults.
7. Number of Children.

Please Confirm Guest Information:

1. Guests Name this pulls through from the reservation and the guest cannot change this from here.
2. Guests Address.
3. Guests Suburb.
4. Guests State - click the drop-down to select the relevant state.
5. Guests Postcode.
6. Guests Country - click the drop-down to select the relevant country.
7. Guests Email Address.
   
8. Guests Mobile Number.
   
   
   
   

Step 1: Provide your Photo ID

1. Click on the image below to upload an image of your Photo ID. Drivers Licence or Passport.
2. Click Our Security which will explain how we keep the guest's information safe.
   
   

Step 2: Provide your Credit Card & CCV

1. Click on the image below to upload an image of your Credit Card. Cards Supported: VISA MASTERCARD.
   
   
   
   

Step 3: Check In Time

1. Guests Estimated Arrival Time.
   
2. Guests Flight Number.
   
3. Credit Card Charge Authority is set up against each Area in Homhero called Bond.
   
   
   
   

Step 4: Read Terms and Conditions

Guest is presented with your Terms and conditions, this is set up under Property Management.

Step 5: Sign below

1. Guest can Sign their signature by drawing with their finger, mouse, or stylus pen.
