This article will cover how to validate the details that the guest has provided when filling in the online registration. This is important to ensure that the guests identification and credit card details match the guests booking information which can help protect your business.
- Click Registrations from your HomHero side menu.
Note: The Registrations screen displays all guests who have completed the online check in process. The online check in's which have not been validated will appear with a " " in the Validated column, once validated this will change to "". - If you locate a guests Online Registration which you haven't validated you will notice the below icons on the far right. You will use these icons to confirm the guests details are correct and confirm the validation.
Icons Explained
Click this icon once you have completed the below, this will confirm that you're happy with what the guest has provided and will change the status of the online check in to from "No" to "Yes"
Will download a PDF copy of the Guest Agreement and include the guests signature
Will download a PDF copy of the Online Registration **Password Protected**
Will down a copy of the guests Licence and Card **Password Protected**
Will reset the guests Online Registration, you would click this if you're not satisfied with what the guest has provided, it will clear the details so the guest can try again
Will send an email/SMS to the guest
Will regenerate the PDF/Zip files
Note: Homhero will automatically remove all sensitive guest information 14 calendar days after the guest has departed.
