1. Click Reservations from the side bar and click List
2. Click the drop-down arrow next to Arrival/Departure and select Arrival
3. Click the calendar icon to select a date
4. Click the drop-down and select either Exact or Between. Exact will search for reservations which are arriving on the exact date you're searching and Between will search between a specific date range
5. If you chose Between in the above step click the calendar icon to select the second date range
6. To export the list click the download icon
