- Click Reservations from the Homhero side menu and click List.

Type the guest, area, booking or source in the search field or double click on the reservation you're wanting to view.
Booking Tab Explained
Contact Details:
- Email: This is the guests email address
- Mobile: This is guests mobile mumber.
- Assigned to: This is the user that has been assigned to this reservation.

Area Lock: Activate this toggle if you would like to lock the reservation to this Area.
- View Guest on Airbnb Link: For Airbnb reservations, you can view the guest's Airbnb profile directly from within Homhero.
- Airbnb Guest Profile: Click here to access the guest's Airbnb profile directly from the Links Icon.
- Airbnb Reservation: Click here to access the Airbnb Reservation details directly from the Links Icon.

Guest Portal Login: Click here to access the Guest Portal directly from the Links Icon.
Booking Details
- Room: This is the property that has been booked.
- OTA/Website Link: The Listing Link in the reservation dialog now directs to a different URL based on the booking source. For example, Airbnb reservations will point to the Airbnb Listing URL. This also applies to Booking.com, Vrbo and HVMB. If there is no OTA URL, then it will fallback to the listing URL on the website.
- Created by: This is who created the booking.
- Import Reference: This will show if the reservation was imported during your onboarding to Homhero.
- Created Date: This is the creation date of the booking.
- Created Time:This is the creation time of the booking.
- Booking Status: This is the current booking status of the reservation. You can update this to another booking status if required.
- Modified By: If the booking has been modified this will show the last person who modified the booking.
- Modified Date: This is the date the booking was last modified.
- Modified Time: This is the time the booking was last modified.
- Booking Arrival Date
- Booking Arrival Time
- Booking Departure Date
- Booking Departure Time
- Number of Nights Booked
- Number of Adults
- Number of Children
- Number of Infants
- Number of Pets

- Mandatory is if the package is forced onto the booking and the guest must have it

- Itemised on No means the package charge is hidden from the guest, Yes means the guest can see an itemised breakdown of the package charges
- Amount of the package
- Qty of the package
- Total amount of the package
