The below article will explain how to mark a reservation as Arrived from the Dashboard.
- Click Dashboard from the Homhero side menu
- In the Today's Arrivals widget click the green arrow icon
next to the reservation you would like to mark as Arrived - Please check the Notification Alert bar to confirm if the status change is successful or not. A reason will be noted should the status change fail to update
- Once successful the reservation status will change to Arrived
