General Settings - Contact Information

This article will show how contact information for your company can be managed in general settings.

  1. Click Settings from your Homhero side menu.
  2. Select General Settings > Contact Info tab.
  3. Enter your Company Name.
  4. Enter your ABN.
  5. Enter your business hours phone number > Phone B/H.
  6. Enter your after hours phone number > Phone A/H.
  7. Enter your Facebook Page (Note: this needs to be the full URL).
  8. Enter your Instagram (Note: this needs to be the full URL).
  9. Enter your Twitter (Note: this needs to be the full URL).
  10. Enter your Address.
  11. Enter your Suburb/City/Town.
  12. Enter your State.
  13. Enter your Post Code.
  14. Click the drop-down arrow and select your Country.
  15. Enter a link to your Privacy Policy.
  16. Enter a link to your Disclaimer.
  17. Enter a link to your Terms/Conditions.
  18. Enter your company Email.
  19. Enter your company Website.
  20. Click the drop-down arrow and select your Timezone.
  21. Click the drop-down arrow and select your Currency.
  22. Choose your Default Email Theme (if applicable).
  23. Click Save.
