Reservations Chart

This is an overview of the Reservations Chart functionality.

1. Click Reservations from the side bar and click Chart
2. Each of your properties run down the left-hand side
3. Clean status is displayed, red is dirty and green is clean
4. The Date runs along the top
5. Click the drop-down arrow to select properties if you want to view these specific properties only
6. Press Enter to show specific properties on chart
7. Click the calendar icon to select a specific date
8. Tick the check box to show Cancelled bookings on the chart
9. Click to Export the chart
10. Click the Today button to revert the chart straight to today's date
11. Click the plus icon to Zoom In on the chart and click the minus button to Zoom Out or click the x button to Reset
12. Toggle Popup ON to see basic booking information when you hover over a booking
13. Toggle Occupancy ON to see percentage for each date
14. Double-click on a reservation in the chart to open:
    • • green reservations are confirmed
      • yellow are unconfirmed
      • light blue are arrived
      • dark blue are departed
      • red are cancelled
      • grey are maintenance blocks
