RMS Initial Property Options Setup

Property Information

Select Setup + Property Options + Property Information + Double Click the Property name

Complete the following:

  1. Property name
  2. Address
  3. Time Zone
  4. Phone Number
  5. Mobile Number
  6. Website
  7. Email
  8. ABN
  9. Save

License Number

  1. Select the Extra Details Menu
  2. Enter the Licence Number
  3. Save

Set the Company Logo

This is important as it prints on Receipts and Owner Statements

  1. Select the Logo Menu on the left-hand side
  2. Click on the plus sign in the right hand corner
  3. Upload the company logo here. (Limitation is 250kb in size and 100 x 100 pixels - must be square)
  4. Select Save & Exit in the right hand corner

General Information

Setup + Property Options + General Information and choose Reservations Options on the left hand side.

1.   Change No of Days in the past to allow Reservation to 40
