This article will cover the different email copy settings with Homhero.

General Email Copy Settings

  1. Click Settings from the HomHero side menu.
  2. Select General Settings > Email Copy tab.
  3. Schedules - These email addresses will be copied in on all Schedules sent from Homhero.
  4. Manual - These email addresses will be copied in on all Manual emails sent from Homhero.
  5. Receipts - These email addresses will be copied in on all Receipts sent from Homhero.
  6. Booking - These email addresses will be copied in on all Booking emails sent from Homhero.
  7. Check In - These email addresses will be copied in each time a guest completes the Online Check In.
  8. Quote Booking - These email addresses will be copied in on all Quotes sent from Homhero.
  9. SMS - These email addresses will be copied in on all SMS's sent from Homhero.
  10. Cleaning Notifications - These email addresses will be copied in on all Cleaning emails sent from Homhero.
  11. Maintenance - These email addresses will be copied in on all Maintenance emails sent from Homhero.
  12. Click Save to update any changes.
