Report Maintenance via Guest Portal

This article will explain how to report maintenance issues via the guest portal.

1. Login to the guest portal.
2. Click Report Maintenance.
   
3. Enter a Detailed Description of the maintenance issue.
4. Click the Add Photo(s) button to attach photos to the report.
5. Click Send.
