When booking accommodation, guests often need a seamless and secure way to manage their payments. The guest portal offers a convenient online platform where guests can complete their payments with ease. This article will walk you through the step-by-step process of making a payment via the guest portal, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Whether paying a deposit, settling the full amount, this guide covers everything you need to know.
Note: 3DS2 authentication is now supported for online payments made through the Guest Portal. This feature is only available for clients using the Merchant Warrior payment gateway.
- Login to the Guest Portal.
- Click Online Payment.
- Enter the Card Number.
- Enter the Name on Card.
- Enter the Card Expiry.
- Enter the CCV.
- Enter the Amount to Pay. This will pre-fill based on your deposit/balance payment rules but can be modified manually if needed.
- Click Pay Now.
- When completing the payment, if 3DS2 is enabled with Merchant Warrior, the guest may receive a 3D Secure Payment Verification message. They can choose to receive the One-Time Password (OTP) via email or SMS. OTP verification is required only for merchant websites that support 3D Secure (3DS) authentication protocols, providing an added layer of security for online transactions.
