Upon logging into the owner portal you will always be directed to the Dashboard, which will give you ease of access to the following features.
1. Live Availability - Displays the properties availability
2. Your Bookings - Displays owner bookings
3. Guest Bookings - Displays guest bookings
4. Make a Booking - Make an owner or owner guest booking
5. Statement History - View past statements
6. Correspondence History - View previous correspondence
7. Maintenance History - View previous maintenance jobs
8. Approve Maintenance - Approve any recent maintenance jobs to be completed
9. Contact Management - Send an email to management
10. Report Maintenance - Report any maintenance that needs to be done on the property
