Booking Chart Navigation

Along the top of the booking chart find the following options:

  1. You can view bookings by Booking Source, Surname and Balance etc
  2. By setting the Colour to Reservation Status you will see:
    • Green - Confirmed Reservation
    • Orange - Unconfirmed Reservation
    • Purple - Maintenance Block
    • Blue - Arrived Reservation
    • Pink - Departed Reservation
  3. Filter Area - enter part or all of a property name here to search for a particular property in the booking chart

The properties are listed down the left-hand side of the booking chart and are all hyperlinked

  1. Click on a Property Name and a Dialog Box appears
  2. Select Edit Area to open the Property File
  3. Select Owner to open the Owner File
  4. Click on the underlined number to ope the Owner Account
