STEP 6. Complete the Property Management information

Set up Property Management

Select Property Management from the Homhero side menu.
Double click on the name of the Property.

1. The Owner's name will sync from RMS
2. The Account ID will sync from RMS
3. In the drop down link the default Cleaner team and in the next one the default Cleaner for this property.
4. If you require Bond for this property, please select the Bond amount in the drop down. 
5. Fill the property's key number or the Locker code. 
6. If you have a spend limit for this property, please fill it in (not mandatory).
7. Cleaning cost, if you have a default cleaning cost please fill it in here. It will be the default amount, if the cleaner issue an invoice with different amount Homhero will display it conflict.
8. Max Guests; please inform the max capacity of this property. 
9. What is the commission percentage in this property.
10. The clean toggle is useful to override if the property is cleaned or not. 
11. Please fill the Property's address in. 
12. Match the Listing Name.
13. If you work with portfolios you must set the portfolios this property is part of.  

All the other tabs on the top of this session are not mandatory, you must set up when the information overrides for this property only. It depends if you used to work on these other ones. 

Remember always to SAVE it.
