Find a reservation by it ref no/id from a previous system - Legacy ID

You can look up an imported reservation by it’s reservation number/booking ref id from a previous system

Enter the reservation number/booking ref id from your previous system in Reservation Search at the top right-hand side of the screen

Click on the Global Search icon

The reservation number/booking ref id from a previous system is referred to as the Legacy ID and can be found in the reservation as indicated below.
