The Staff Portal Settings in Homhero allow you to choose how calls are made from the Staff & Maintenance Portal. You can either use your mobile’s phone dialler (which displays your personal number) or a VOIP application (which uses your VOIP number). Additional settings include the option to hide booking totals from staff and control visibility of property notes for staff and/or handymen.
Staff Portal Settings
- Click Settings from your Homhero side menu.
- Select General Settings > Staff tab.
- Select a Phone Link
Phone Dialler
If you are logged into the Staff & Maintenance Portal and you select a guest to call, it will use your mobile's phone dialler to make the call. This means your personal mobile number will be used.
VOIP
If you download VOIP to your desktop or mobile, then this will allow you to make a call from your VOIP number rather than your phone number when using the Staff and Maintenance Portal.
- Hide Booking Totals - This hides the values of reservations to staff.
- Hide Property Notes From - Choose who to hide property notes from. Options; Staff/Handymen, and Only Handymen.
- Click Save.
