Ensure your property has a valid address

Your property must have a valid address
Please ensure your property has a valid address setup in Homhero. Only NSW and WA properties will appear in the Regulatory Compliance space, however they will not appear if no address is listed on the area. If and when compliance is enforced in additional states such as QLD and TAS, your properties will appear.

Updating your property address
If you would like to add an address to your property, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click Property Management from the Homhero side menu.

  2. Within the Areas (Rooms/Houses) tab you will find a list of your active properties. You will be able to see which properties have the address completed versus those that don't.



  3. To add an address to a property, double click to open the Area and navigate to the Google Address Lookup and start searching for the address.

  4. Once you have selected the address, click Save
