Turnover days are the Gaps (number of days) in between bookings. For example, if you set the Default Turnover Days in your Global Settings to 1 then there will be a 1 day gap in between bookings for all listings. This feature is also used to to help cleaners manage their cleans more efficiently as it will give them an extra day to clean a property before the next booking arrives.
There are 3 x Settings in Homhero which control Turnover Days:
- Global Turnover Days - Applies to all listings
- Listing Turnover Days - Applies to individual listings. This setting will override Season and Global Turnover Days
- Season Turnover Days - Applies to all listings for the dates within the Season. This setting will override the Global Turnover Days for this Season
Global Turnover Days
- Click Settings from the Homhero side menu
- Select General Settings > Rates & Availability tab
- Under Default Turnover Days, add the number of Turnover Days you would like to set for all listings. If you leave as 0 then this will allow all listings to receive back to back bookings
- Click Save
Listing Turnover Days
- Click Booking Engine from the Homhero side menu
- Select Listings
- Double click on the Listing or click the Edit Pencil to open it
- Under the Details tab go to the Settings and turn the Allow Turnover Days toggle on
- Add the Default Turnover Days you would like to set for this listing e.g. Default Turnover Days = 1
- Click Save
