Leads are generated in Homhero when a Quote Booking has been sent to a contact who is interested in staying at one of your Properties. The Lead Details are saved so you can view this information at a later stage to follow up with the guest to convert the Quote into a real booking.
Leads are separated into 3 x different statuses. These are:
- Current Leads: These are all Leads that are currently pending. They will only be valid for a number of days based on what is set under 'Day to expire leads' in your Lead Settings
- Won Leads: These are the Leads that have successfully converted to a real booking.
- Lost Leads: These are all Leads that have expired
Current Leads
- Click Booking Engine
- Select Leads
- Click the Current Leads tab

- Click the eye icon next to the Lead to open it
- Under Lead Details, click Show Quote to view the original Quote. You can make booking directly in Homhero from the 'Add Quote/Booking' page
- Click the Correspondence History tab to view the email sent to the guest
- Click Send Message to send a message directly to the guest
- Click the eye icon to view the Accommodation Quote


Won Leads
- Click Booking Engine
- Select Leads
- Click the Won Leads tab
- Click the eye icon to view the Won Lead

Note: If the Lead was converted to a real booking via your Website, this means the guest clicked the 'Book Now' link in the Accommodation Quote. In this case, the eye icon will direct you straight to the Reservation itself
Note: If the Lead was converted to a real booking via the Show Quote button on the Lead, this means a staff member made the booking directly from the 'Add Quote/Booking' page in Homhero. In this case, the eye icon will not be linked to the Reservation and it will display the Lead Details instead
Lost Leads
- Click Booking Engine
- Select Leads
- Click the Lost Leads tab
- Click the eye icon to view the Lost Lead

You do also have the ability to move your Lost Lead back to the Current Leads tab if you would like to convert the Lead to a real booking. See below: - Click the checkbox next to the Lead on the left of the screen
- Click Move To
- Select Current Leads
- The Lead will disappear from the current page and you will receive a Success message stating 'Updated selected records', click OK
