How to submit and view Support Requests

This article will explain how to submit and view existing Support Requests that you have been copied in on.

 

Submit a Support Request
Click here to submit a Support Ticket.

Please proceed with the below steps to submit a request:

  1. Add your email address
  2. Add a Subject regarding the request e.g. Credit Card Issue
  3. Add a Description to explain the request in detail. Please provide examples of what you are trying to achieve
  4. Add an Attachment to the request. This could be a screenshot of an error that is appearing on the page
  5. Click Submit - This will create a support ticket with Homhero support

View existing Support Requests
You can view your existing Support Requests once logged into Zendesk. Simply click Your Name and select Requests from the drop-down.

Click My Requests to view all Support Requests submitted through to Homhero.

Click Requests I'm CC'd on to view all Support Requests that you have been copied in on.
