General Settings - Rate Types

The Rate Type Settings will display a list of all Rate Types that have been synced from RMS to Homhero. If you’ve set up a new Standard Rate/Base Rate in RMS, you won’t be able to map the Rate Type correctly in Homhero if it doesn’t appear in this list. These settings are also used to map an owner rate from RMS to your owner bookings in Homhero.

1. Click Settings from your Homhero side menu.
2. Select General Settings > Rate Types tab.
3. Name - This is the name of the rate type.
4. Use as Owner Rate - Click the checkbox next to the Owner Rate you would like to use.
5. Created - This is the date this rate type was created.
6. Updated - This is the date this rate type was updated.
7. Deleted - This is the date this rate type was deleted.
8. Click Sync From RMS to pull the rate type from RMS into Homhero. If you have created a new rate type or made changes to existing rate type, you can sync this again to update this list.
9. Click Save.
