How to send out Online Portal Instructions to Owners

This article provides information on how to send out the online portal instructions email to owners.

Note: The Online Portal Instructions to Owners email is found under Correspondence > Templates for your convenience. If you do not have this please phone Homhero Support and we can add this to your account for you.

  1. Click Contacts from your Homhero side menu.
  2. Ensure you're on the Owners tab.
  3. Check the box for every owner you wish to send this correspondence to. If sending to ALL owners, check the box next to First Name to select all.

  4. Click the Communicate button.
  5. Select the Owner Online Portal Instructions template from the drop down.
  6. Click Send now. mceclip2.png
