Forecast Management Income Report

There is a report available in RMS to show income of accommodation, commission and any other sundry charges used for any period past, present or future.

For this report to be available - it needs to be selected in your profile setting. We endeavor to ensure that this is turned on for all clients, however if the report is unavailable do the following:

Select Security Profiles from the Menu Search
1. Select the Profile you want to change
2. Select Report Screens
3. Select Owner Accounting Reports
4. Select Yes for Forecast Management Income
5. Save and Exit

To display this report:

1. Type Forecast Management in Menu Search
2. Select either by Month or Date Range and select the date range
3. Select the Sundries you want to report on
4. Tick "Exclude No Income Res" as you do not want to report on owner bookings with no income
5. Select Export to CSV

Please be aware that this report will show bookings that have arrived and departed during the period.  So if you want a report for a specific month/period, you will need to remove bookings that have arrived in the period but not departed.  You will only be able to do this once you have downloaded it to CSV.  Make sure that save the report as an Excel document.
