How to disconnect an Airbnb listing

This article will explain how to disconnect an Airbnb listing that is connected via Homhero. This process is required when your listing did not connect successfully via the API or when you have accidently merged the wrong Airbnb listing in Homhero. Another situation is when you have multiple Airbnb Accounts linked to your Homhero database and you have created a new listing against the wrong Airbnb Account. 

Note: Airbnb have removed the ability to disconnect single listings via the API, therefore this must be completed on the Homhero side.

Please follow the below instructions:

Step 1
The first step is to Unlist the Airbnb listing via Homhero.

1. Click Booking Engine and then Listings from the Homhero side menu
2. Locate the Airbnb listing and click the Airbnb Icon to open it
3. Click the Unlist button

Step 2

1. Contact [e-mail] to unlink this Airbnb listing for you

Step 3
Once you have received confirmation from Homhero that the listing has been disconnected, the Airbnb Listing ID will no longer be assigned to the Airbnb listing in Homhero. From here, you can change the Airbnb Account or merge with the correct existing listing. 

1. Click Booking Engine and then Listings from the Homhero side menu
2. Locate the Airbnb listing and click the Airbnb Icon to open it
3. Ensure the correct Airbnb Account is selected
4. Under the 'Merge with Existing' field, select Create New Listing 
   or locate the existing listing to merge with
5. Click Save & Publish
