Dashboard - Average Statistics

The Average Statistics on your dashboard displays your Average Lead Time, Average Booking length, Average Booking $ amount and Average Cancellation Rate. 

The Average Lead Time, Average Booking Length, and Average Booking Value are calculated based solely on guest bookings over the past 12 months, up to the current moment. Bookings with an owner or owner guest as the source are excluded from these statistics.

Average Lead Time: This is the amount of days between Reservation Created Date to Reservation Arrival Date.

Average Booking Length: This is the average number of nights guests stay when booking with your business, calculated to two decimal places.

Average Booking Amount: This is the average stay cost for a booking.

Average Cancellation Rate: This shows how often bookings are being cancelled. Homhero takes all cancelled bookings in the last 12 months and divides them by all reservations in the system with the statuses ‘Arrived’, ‘Departed’, ‘Confirmed’, ‘Unconfirmed’.
