In this article, we will show you how to create a Whizz account via Homhero. By Activating the connection below, an account creation request will automatically onboard you to the Whizz Platform and you will be contacted by a Whizz Service Agent.

Step 1
To activate Whizz in the Homhero Market Place, please follow the below steps:
- Click Market Place from the Homhero side menu
- Click the Whizz Icon
- Turn the Active toggle on
- Click Save
Step 2
A Whizz account manager will reach out and provide you with a Branch ID and an API Secret. Please enter them as per the below following steps:
- Click Market Place from the Homhero side menu
- Click the Whizz Icon
- Click the Credentials tab
- Enter Branch ID
- Enter API Secret
- Override Reservation Cleans with Packages - Optional toggle - Turn this on if you would like the integration to ignore the amount charged on each reservation but instead use the clean package for the property in the reservation
- Click Save
Step 3
Map your new properties.
- In the Whizz Market Place, click the Mapping tab
- Choose which properties you want to connect to Whizz, by selecting the checkbox on each area
on the left - Click With Selected
- Select Make Active
This will sync the property with Whizz and on success, Whizz will sync all forward reservations into the Whizz Cleaning section.
Deactivating a Property
Learn how to deactivate a property from Whizz.
- In the Whizz Market Place, click the Mapping tab
- Choose which properties you want to disable for Whizz, by selecting the checkbox on each area
on the left - Click With Selected
- Select Make Inactive
Reconciliation
As cleans are completed by Whizz, they will send through clean complete messages to this tab
so that the PM can reconcile the clean costs with the reservation.
- In the Whizz Market Place, click the Reconciliation tab
- Reservation ID - Search by individual Res ID
- Select Month - Select the month you would like to report on
- Select Year - Select the year you would like to report on
- Clear - Click clear to clear all values set on this page
- Refresh - Click refresh to update the page

Export - Click export to download this file to excel
Logs
Here are the Whizz API logs associated with communication from Homhero to Whizz (authentication, syncing areas and syncing reservations). Use these logs to troubleshoot errors when areas or reservations are failing to sync between Homhero and Whizz.
