How to modify a Maintenance Block

This article will explain how to modify a Maintenance Block in Homhero. 

Firstly open the Maintenance Block from one of the following options:

1. Load Reservation tool - Enter the RMS ID and press enter to open
2. Reservations List - Double click the Maintenance Block to open
3. Reservations Chart - Clicking the Maintenance Block once will open it
   
   Handy tip: Dragging the start or end date of the Maintenance Block or moving the Property to another Area on the Chart, will take you directly to the Modify Maintenance screen
   
   
   
   
4. On the Maintenance Block screen, click Modify Maintenance

5. Arriving - Click the calendar icon to update the Arrival Date
6. Departing - Click the calendar icon to update the Departure Date
7. Nights - Click the drop-down to increase or decrease the number of Nights
8. Property - Click the drop-down if you would like to change the Property for this Maintenance Block
9. Internal Notes - Type in the box here if you would like to add Internal Notes to the reservation regarding this modification
10. Reset - Click Reset anytime if you would to revert the changes back to the original Maintenance Block details
11. Submit Modification - Click here once you are ready to submit the modification
    
    
    
    
12. Confirm Modification - You will receive a pop-up box to confirm if you want to modify the Maintenance Block. Click Yes to Proceed
    
    
    
    
13. Modification Submitted - You will receive a pop-up box showing that the Modification has been sent for processing. Click OK
14. Notification Panel - Check the notification panel to confirm if the Modification is successful
    
    
    
    
15. Refresh - You may need to the Refresh the page to see the changes
