How to Export Maintenance Lists

Maintenance jobs can be exported from any page within the Maintenance section of Homhero, regardless of which job status it falls under. You can also view and export maintenance jobs for each specific property under Property Management.

Export in Maintenance

1. Select Maintenance from the Homhero side menu.
2. Select any sub page e.g. In Progress.
3. Select additional sub page e.g. Contractor.
4. Click the Export icon.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the green tick to open the notification tab once the download is complete.
6. Click the download link.
   
   
   
   Note: Click the Export Icon under any job status to export the relevant maintenance jobs on that list.

Export in Property Management

1. Select Property Management from the Homhero side menu.
2. Click the pencil icon or double click on the line to open the property settings.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Maintenance tab to view the maintenance jobs for this specific property.
4. Click the Export icon.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the green tick to open the notification tab once the download is complete.
6. Click the download link.
   
   

How to Search for a Maintenance Task

If you wish to search for a specific room or job, you can now type under the heading, next to ~
