Reservation Issues with New Bookings

This article will cover what to do when you have issues with new bookings feeding through to Homhero/RMS. These issues include when a booking fails to submit to RMS or fails to sync back to Homhero. The main reason this occurs is due to issues with the RMS API, however it could potentially be an issue caused from the OTA side. If you cannot locate a new booking, please reach out to Homhero Support so we can investigate and push the booking through from our end.

Booking is showing in RMS, however cannot be opened/viewed in Homhero
You may notice your new booking is showing already in Homhero under Web Bookings or the Reservations List, however when you open or click 'View Reservation', you receive the below error:



This means the booking was posted successfully to RMS, however it didn't sync back to Homhero due to an RMS outage.

Resolution: Please reach out to Homhero Support so we can fetch the booking into Homhero
